What is the WickedApps Refund Policy and 14-day Warranty?

Wicked Apps 14-day Warranty: Once your software or program has been accessed, we will not issue any refunds. In some cases, we may be able to exchange your software for a similar tool of equal or lesser value. If the software you purchased from us is defective or not as expected, we will provide a full store credit to exchange the software for a similar tool of equal or greater value. In the event of any termination, the client shall not be entitled to any refunds of any fees. WickedApps users are able to trade in old software tools that they do not use anymore for store credit. In some cases WickedApps may fulfill any new software orders with a traded-in copy from another WickedApps user. Traded-in copies undergo a rigorous account reconditioning process which can be read about here. Wicked Apps reserves the right to dishonor any promotions, guarantees, or special offers (including bonuses) offered by 3rd party affiliates promoting products on our platform. We reserve the right to suspend access without refund or exchange for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy at any time. In certain cases - we may provide a refund for your purchase. Refunds are subject to an account reconditioning fee of up to 50%.
