Children's Book Maker Pro: Chapter Book Upgrade

This tutorial provides a walkthrough of the Chapter Book Upgrade for the Pro version of the Children's Book Maker app available from WickedApps.com.

1. If you purchased the Pro upgrade for the Children's Book Maker, you will have access to the Chapter Book Upgrade tools on your main dashboard:
   
   
   
   We'll explore each of these new tools in the next steps.
   
   
2. The Chapter Outline tool uses AI to automatically generate chapters for your book along with an outline for each chapter. This is used by the AI later on to write each chapter in detail. Click on the Chapter Outline button to continue.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your book title, theme/outline, and a number of chapters then click Generate.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Copy to Clipboard or Download Text File to save your chapter outlines.
   
   We recommend downloading text files to make it easier to find and copy/paste your outline in the steps ahead.
   
   
   
   
5. You can either proceed directly to Write the chapter or use the first link to expand your chapter outlines with more detail. Skip to step 8 to go directly to writing your chapters.
   
6. To expand your chapter outline with more detail, paste in the title of your book then paste the chapter outline generated in step 4 and click Generate.
   
   
   
   
7. Your new expanded chapter outlines will be generated and can be copied to your clipboard or downloaded as a text file. After saving, click the link a the bottom to write your chapters.
   
   
   
   
8. From the Write a Chapter screen, paste the title of your book and the book outline in the first two fields. Keep the Book Title and Book Outline the same for every chapter that you generate. You can paste them in once and leave them there. You don't need to refresh the page in between each chapter.  Click Generate to write your first chapter.
   
   
   
   
9. After the chapter has been generated, copy it to your clipboard or download the text file as you have done in previous steps.
   
    
10. To write additional chapters, scroll up and enter your next chapter number and title, paste the chapter description, then click Generate again.
    
    
    
    Repeat these steps until all your chapters have been written.
    
    
11. Once all your chapters have been written, they need to be combined into a single file. Click the After saving chapters click here to continue to combine tool link to continue.

12. The combine chapters tool will combine all your chapters into a single document. You will need to upload the chapter outline file generated in step 4 and each separate chapter file to combine them. Click Choose File to continue.
    
    
    
    
13. Locate your Chapter-Outline- file created in step 4 and click Open.
    
    
    
    
    
14. Click Add More File,  select and open your first chapter file, then repeat until all of your chapters have been added.
    
    
    
15. Enter a file name then click Combine & Download.
    
    
    
    
16. Your web browser will download a text file containing all of your chapters.
