How do I use ProfileMate to find and analyze users?

If you have not already installed the ProfileMate extension in your Google Chrome browser, click here for installation instructions.

Complete the following steps to find and analyze a list of Instagram users:

1. Open the ProfileMate extension in Google Chrome to view the main Dashboard.
   
   
   
   
2. If you already have a list of users, skip to step 9. Otherwise, click on Find Users.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Go under Follower Following.
   
   
   
   
   
4. If you want to download the list of followers/following of your own account click on view my own account’s analytics otherwise click on view any other account’s analytics to get the list of followers of other accounts
   
   
   
5. Enter the Instagram account username that you want to extract users from and select it from the drop-down list.
   
   
   
6. Choose to download their Followers or their Followings and click on Analyze Follower/Following.
   
   
   
7. Wait for the download to complete then click on Download Followers / Followings
   
   
   The file will be downloaded by Chrome into your Downloads folder.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Open the downloaded file and copy a list of up to 2000 user names
   
   
   
9. Click on the Analyse Users link.
   
   
   
   or, click the Analyse Users option from the Dashboard
   
   
   
   
10. Paste up to 2000 user names into the text field and click Submit.
    
    
    
    
    
11. Enter a name for the list of users and click Set.
    
    
    
12. Select which fields you want to download and click Next.
    
    
    
    
13. Please up to 10 minutes for the list to be processed before you can download the results. The speed will vary based on Instagram's system limits.
